Graphics Toolkit for AMD Élan SC400 Embedded Microcontroller
Although the Élan SC400 Microcontroller has a CGA-compatible grahics controller, AMD also included a "native" graphics mode which is much better designed than the old CGA modes -- more colors/shades of gray are available, and the addressing is linear allowing for very fast graphics operations. However, the MS-DOS compatible compilers that most developers use do not support this mode.
We have developed a library of very fast and compact graphics routines for this controller. The routines take full advantage of the native mode. Many other developers have expressed their frustration in using the CGA-compatible mode. The graphics toolkit is now complete with full documentation so that third parties can use it. We have already supplied various projects with this toolkit.
Complete commented source code is provided with the toolkit (subject to licensing conditions) and it is therefore simple to integrate with different compilers and memory models. Moveover, a utility converting standard Windows bitmaps to the native format is also included.

Please note that the demo program Gdemo.exe (included in the package) will only run on the AMD ElanSC400 interfaced to an LCD graphics panel - do not run this program on other processors.
